Tasks and processes:
Administration of departments and work cards
The module tasks may be tailored to fit the specific workshop. This module gives you an overview of the total number of tasks of the workshop, and you may add the various departments of the workshop, i.e. painting and preparation. If your workshop has more departments, you may also create a display of each single department, i.e. mechanical, panel beater, and painter. The tasks may be moved between the departments as the work on the car progresses.
Display according to your needs
The display in the module tasks may be in the form of a process line or as a list display, according to the needs of the workshop. It is entirely up to you if all the departments of the damage center should be shown, or if you wish to see a single department of the workshop only.
The search function will be useful for finding a specific item. You may search for e.g. ID number, customer, registration number, etc.
Visual icons on the work card – the fast overview
When a task has been booked and the work card filled in, this will show in the process line displaying all the tasks. Here, you may move the work card according to the relevant process. Beside the ID number of the work card you will also see the various icons showing if it is a complete car, car + part(s), or part(s) only, as well as the number of these. The drop icon indicates whether the colour has been identified, the measurement done, and if the paint has been mixed and is ready for use in the mixing room. If spare parts have been ordered or have arrived, this icon will also be shown on the work card, and you will furthermore be able to see, if a courtesy car has been given to the customer.
The purpose of the icons is to let all employees have a quick overview without having to check the specific work card.
